\*Overview\* We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Health Care Aide to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in various settings, including assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and hospice care environments. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients with daily living activities while ensuring their comfort and well-being. This position is ideal for those who are passionate about providing quality patient care and making a positive impact in the lives of seniors. \*Duties\* As a Health Care Aide, your responsibilities will include: - Assisting clients with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing - Preparing nutritious meals and assisting with feeding when necessary - Providing companionship and emotional support to clients - Administering medications as prescribed and monitoring client health - Performing light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment - Assisting with mobility and transferring clients safely, which may involve heavy lifting - Documenting patient care activities and reporting any changes in client condition to nursing staff - Supporting hospice care initiatives by providing comfort and assistance to terminally ill patients \*Experience\* The ideal candidate will possess: - Previous experience in senior care or as a Health Care Aide is preferred - Familiarity with medication administration protocols - Knowledge of meal preparation techniques tailored for dietary needs - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals - A caring demeanor with the ability to handle sensitive situations compassionately - Certification or training in patient care or related fields is a plus If you are committed to enhancing the quality of life for those in need and have the skills required for this rewarding role, we encourage you to apply.
