_*Vape Sales Consultant (Retail Sales) *_ *The role:* 180 Vaping/Sales Associate - Having knowledge of Vaping product lines and the Vaping movement as a whole are preferred as we want you to be as passionate about the culture as we are. Having empathy for people switching to vaping, and ability to understand various vape device technologies is a must. We expect you to be energetic, proactive and have experience with ancillary functions of being part of a successful team. We?ll educate you on our entire product assortment through one-on-one coaching as well a resource driven technical learning on a continuous basis. You will be expected to create a 180 consumer experience, help our loyal customers with all of their Vaping needs and provide post sale support with any issues customers may face. If you thrive in working in an exhilarating, fast paced but flexible environment where your ideas and voice are a factor in the future, the 180 Smoke family is the right fit for you. *Responsibilities and Duties* *Responsibilities:* * Greeting new Vape customers and welcoming them to the vape culture, listening/consulting them on their wants/needs and determining products suited to them * Recommending merchandise based on individual requirements while educating them about the product functions. * Advising new and experienced clientele on usage and maintenance of vaping devices including demonstrating the device, tasting and sharing your vaping experiences * Multi-tasking to serve multiple customers at a time while delivering a great 180 Smoke customer experience * Answer customer questions/concerns in person and via email/phone * Assist in location awareness during non-peak times, including street team marketing * Maintain store experience and atmosphere at all times and perform all other roles as necessary * Working out of the home office will require flexible, multifaceted colleagues as you will be conducting various organizational and warehouse roles in addition to sales and customer service responsibilities *Qualifications and Skills* *Requirements:* * Previous experience with Vaping product knowledge and previous customer service experience is preferred * Excellent listening and communication skills, able to effectively learn and translate information to the customers while influencing a comfortable atmosphere * Self-motivated, able to carry out projects self-sufficiently * Energetic team-player with genuine passion for Vape Culture *Required education:* * High school or equivalent *Required experience:* * Retail Sales - 2 years * Vape Product Knowledge or Previous Vape Sales - 2 years Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Required education: * High school or equivalent Additional experience: * Proficient with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets * Point of Sale: 2 years Requir
