Responsibilities: - Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly - Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner - Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service - Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties as needed - Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines - Handle cash and process payments using the POS system - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area Requirements: - Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required - Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change - Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques - Ability to work well as part of a team and communicate effectively with coworkers and management -Serving it Right Certificate is preferred but not required Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
