About the Company Our client, a multi-service firm located in the heart of downtown Toronto, is in search of a Litigation Legal Assistant - Float to join their growing Litigation Practice group. About the Role Supporting the professionals and clerks in the firm's Wills, Trusts, and Estates Practice Group, the Legal Assistant will support with overflow work and be provided with ample training. Prepare various legal documents, such as pleadings, notices of motion, facta, etc.; Compile records and briefs; Arrange for the service of legal documents, filing with appropriate courts; General correspondence; Support with monthly billings; Open, maintain and close files electronically; Support with digital transcriptions;- LocationToronto, ON
