Job Description The Quality Engineer will drive the resolution of Non-Conformances by containing problems at the earliest opportunity, communicating with Key Stakeholders, facilitate mitigation plans and track resolution status. They provide leadership, coaching and training during investigations of major problems and/or special projects regarding supplier non conformances or corrective actions. Performing root cause analysis using standard quality tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone, Failure Mode Effects Analysis as well as organize and conducting GEMBA walks to proactively identify issues, productivity gains and mitigate quality issues.
