About the Company Our client, a well-established law firm in Downtown Vancouver, is looking to hire a Real Estate Paralegal to join their dynamic team. About the Role Manage files from open to close independently Draft documents related to the purchase and sale of commercial properties Review and assess title encumbrances, and draft terms for covenants and easements Communicate and coordinate with internal teams and external parties, including drafting correspondence Finalize reporting letters Handle billing and invoicing Conduct and evaluate due diligence searches, and prepare summaries of findings Prepare internal documentation related to trust funds and various disbursements The Offer This role offers a salary up to $95,000, commensurate with- LocationVancouver, BC
