Integricon Property Restoration and Construction Group Inc: · a leading property restoration and construction company in Alberta & southern Ontario · provides emergency mitigation, restoration and general construction services to properties affected by floods, fires, or other property damage · on the cutting edge of job management using processes and technology to track and monitor its jobs We are currently looking for a Project Manager in the GTA with: · 3 to 5 years of construction experience, preferably in insurance restoration · estimating experience · experience overseeing emergency mitigations and/or construction projects, both residential and commercial · working knowledge of the building envelope, building sciences and project management · a dedication to monitoring job costs to ensure job profitability · IICRC certification would be an asset · working knowledge of Xactimate · computer literacy is a must for this position Integricon is on the cutting edge of job management, using processes and technology to track and monitor its jobs.
