*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, managing the bar area, and providing exceptional service to our patrons in a fast-paced environment. *Responsibilities* * Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. * Prepare and serve charcuterie board items in accordance with safe food handling practices * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing dishes and cleaning surfaces. * Interact with customers to take drink and food orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction. * Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system while adhering to cash handling procedures. * Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, restocking as necessary. * Comply with food safety and handling regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests. * Collaborate with waiters to coordinate food service when applicable. * Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and promotions to enhance customer experience. *Skills* * Proven experience in bartending or food service within the restaurant or food industry is preferred. * Proficient in using POS systems for order processing and cash handling. * Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations. * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests. * Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work as part of a team. *Requirements* * Valid Safe Food Handling Certificate (not expired) * Valid Smart Serve (not expired) Join us in creating an inviting atmosphere where guests can unwind and enjoy expertly crafted beverages!
