This role involves a blend of creative vision and conceptual knowledge, technical skills, and strategic thinking. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital marketing, brand strategy, retail, operations and email marketing, to create cohesive designs that enhance brand recognition, drive customer engagement, generate sales conversion and elevate the overall customer experience. *Compensation:* $65,000 - $75,000 based on experience and qualifications. *Location: *This is a hybrid position that will require days working in the Vancouver office. *Roles and Responsibilities* *Brand Strategy & Identity* * Develop and evolve our brand?s visual identity, including logos, typography, and color palettes. * Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure cohesive visuals across all platforms. * Design templates and assets for social media, presentations, email headers, and more. * Consistently apply brand elements to digital, print, packaging, and advertising materials. * Craft visually compelling assets to tell the brand story and resonate with audiences. *Digital Marketing Design* * Design high-performing digital ads, email templates, and campaign-specific graphics. * Develop engaging landing pages, social media visuals, and A/B test designs for optimization. * Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure digital assets provide seamless user experiences. * Analyze campaign performance and incorporate insights into future designs. *In-store & Retail Design* * Create point-of-sale materials, window displays, and seasonal promotional designs. * Develop digital screen content, murals, and branded fixtures to enhance the retail experience. * Collaborate on store layouts and adapt designs for various store formats. *Cross-Functional Collaboration* * Work closely with marketing, e-commerce, and retail teams to align creative strategies. *Innovation & Trends* * Stay updated on design trends and tools to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team. *Qualifications:* * 5+ years of proven experience in brand design, digital marketing, and retail environments. * Strong skills in graphic design tools. * Exceptional attention to detail and project management abilities. * Knowledge in Project Management tools is an asset. * A creative problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative environment. * Ability to travel regularly for site visits, meetings, and industry events. * Ability to multi-task and work on various projects simultaneously.
