*Overview* We are seeking a skilled and dedicated residential HVAC serviceman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background in furnace and fireplace repair and maintenance. This role is essential for ensuring the functionality and reliability of our equipment and appliances, contributing to the overall satisfaction of our clients. We are a long established business of 35 years with a loyal and growing customer base. Specializing in new construction, fireplace, furnace, heat pump installation and after installation service and maintenance. *Responsibilities* * Diagnose and repair furnaces, fireplaces and HVAC systems. * Troubleshoot problems effectively. * Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance. * Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used. * Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency and quality. * Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs. *Requirements* * Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in appliance repair, HVAC systems. * Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Previous experience * A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites. * B ticketed gas fitter, strong customer skills and ability to work with others.
