Ensure proper processes are in place to maintain ISO quality standards2. Assign/delegate responsibility for specified work3. Give work direction, resolve problems, prepare schedules, and set deadlines4. Ensure adequate training of staff and employee compliance5. Monitor and analyze costs and prepare department budget6. Monitor day to day production7. Ensure optimum production and utilization of human resources, machines, and equipment8. Establish production and work closely with the quality department9. Evaluate and recommend plant layout changes10. Review, analyze, and prepare reports, records, and directives, and confers with managers/supervisors to obtain data required11. Implement techniques and processes that will drive improvements12. Plan and direct all production activities under supervision of Operations Manager Requirements:Proficient in Microsoft toolsExperience in manufacturingSupervisor experienceExperience participating in and leading Kaizen events ***Only accepting applications from Canadians, permanent residents, and/or foreign nationals with a valid work permit.***- LocationEnglefeld, SK
