We'd like someone with back-end development experience working with Drupal, Git workflows and Linux environments. We're looking for a high level of organization and technical acumen. You will have freedom to take initiative, tackle exciting challenges, and directly contribute to the development of our client offerings. *What will you do on the job?* * Develop Drupal modules, migrations and configurations using PHP, YAML and JavaScript * Collaborate on cloud-based Linux development and production environments * Work with our development and programming teams on deployments, project tasks and client support * Perform Drupal updates * Document infrastructures, issues and solutions * Contribute to a collaborative and forward-thinking team environment * Work within a growing team in three offices across Canada * Enjoy a hybrid work environment, with the opportunity to collaborate in the downtown Victoria office two days a week *What are the requirements for the position?* * 2+ years of proven Drupal development experience * 2+ years working with LAMP environments and Git * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and deliver high-quality solutions with minimal supervision * Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, YAML, HTML * Clear communication * Ability to work in our downtown Victoria office on Tuesdays and Thursdays, but welcome to work in the office full time *What can you expect from an employment agreement?* * Permanent full-time position, with health benefits starting after three months * Three weeks of paid vacation We are open to a range of expertise and relevant experience for this hire as we will be flexible with how an individual may fit into our team.
