The successful candidate will be responsible for selling Novaflow products and services to customers. The candidate must have excellent technical, interpersonal and presentation skills. The candidate must also be proficient with Microsoft Office. As part of our dynamic sales team, you will be responsible for developing strong customer relationships, enhancing sales opportunities, and providing technical support to customers. The successful candidate will employ effective sales strategies, while adhering to company standards for profitability and professionalism. The successful candidate will be employed to exclusively sell *Novaflow *products and services directly to existing and new customers. This role requires excellent people skills and the ability to expertly advise clients on which purchases to make. Individuals in this role listen and communicate well, and leave customers satisfied with their purchases. As Novaflow embraces a philosophy of continuous improvement, continuing education specific to the role as well as other company-mandated training programs such as WHMIS, customer service, and first aid is expeceted. _*Key Responsibilities and Duties*_ · Introduce new products and programs to customers. · Assisting the Sales Manager in writing customer quotes and closing sales. · Responding to customer complaints and inquiries quickly and efficiently, escalate as necessary · Answering phone calls and emails in a professional manner · Building rapport with customers · Collecting customer information for future follow-ups · Selling services and making product recommendations · Assisting the Sales Manager in achieving company sales budgets · Identifying sales opportunities · Staying informed about product and service information updates · Maintaining sales reports and ledgers · Participate in counter days, product trade shows and national shows with customers · Provide system CAD layouts and/or technical support as required · Work closely with other departme
