Responsibilities

Tasks

  • Plan, set up and administer accounting systems
  • Prepare financial information for individuals, departments or companies
  • Prepare financial statements and reports
  • Prepare income tax returns from accounting records
  • Analyze financial documents and reports
  • Examine accounting records
  • Perform receptionist duties
  • Perform data entry

Credentials

Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses 

  • Charterered Professional Accountant (CPA)
  • Certified General Accountants (CGA) - level 1
  • Certified General Accountants (CGA) - level 2
  • Certified General Accountants (CGA) - level 3
