*Overview* We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining, repairing, and installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for building and maintaining HVAC systems. *Duties* * Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. * Diagnose and repair issues with heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. * Install new HVAC units, including boilers, air conditioners, and ductwork. * Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot system problems effectively. * Conduct plumbing tasks related to HVAC installations and repairs. * Utilize welding skills for metal fabrication as needed in installations or repairs. * Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs. * Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. *Qualifications* * Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role. * Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to build and maintain various HVAC systems. * Familiarity with schematics and technical drawings related to HVAC systems. * Ability to perform appliance repair tasks related to heating and cooling units. * Proficiency in plumbing tasks associated with HVAC installations. * Welding skills are a plus for fabrication work. * Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. * Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. * Relevant certifications or licenses in HVAC technology are preferred.
