We are dedicated to fostering a respectful, dignified, and secure environment through family-centered support and collaborative partnerships with governmental agencies. *Job Summary:* The Behavioural Therapist will provide leadership and oversight to various care programs and teams within Gateway Holistic. This role involves working closely with families and clients, The Behavioural Therapist will work directly with the Operations Manager and other team members to achieve the highest standards of client care and program excellence. *Key Responsibilities:* * *Program Management:* Oversee daily operations of the assigned programs, ensuring effective implementation of services and client care. * *Staff Supervision:* Directly supervise program staff, including Team Leads and direct service workers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. * *Collaboration with Teams:* Coordinate with the Family & Practice Supervisor, Team Leads, and other departments to ensure the smooth running of all programs. * *Client and Family Support:* Ensure that all new clients receive a thorough orientation. Monitor client progress through Individual Service Plans (ISPs) and adjust care plans as necessary. * *Accreditation & Compliance:* Work closely with external consultants to meet CARF accreditation standards and maintain compliance with all provincial regulations. * *Behavioral & Academic Oversight:* Support the implementation of behavior support plans and monitor academic progress of clients in care, liaising with school representatives. * *Crisis Management:* Be available for on-call support and crisis intervention, ensuring proper protocols are followed. * *Training & Development:* Ensure all employees participate in mandatory training, professional development, and maintain compliance with safety standards. * *Reporting & Documentation:* Maintain accurate documentation and submit regular reports to management on program occupancy, service delivery, and client progress. * *Financial Oversight:* Ensure the program operates within its budget, including managing expenses related to client care, food plans, and staffing. *Qualifications:* * Degree or diploma in social work, healthcare, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in program supervision, with at least 1 year in disability services. * Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. * Knowledge of CARF accreditation and provincial care regulations. * CPR/First Aid Certification (preferred). * Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Check required. * Child intervention record The Program Supervisor will work closely with all teams to ensure high-quality care and effective program delivery, contributing to the ongoing success and growth of Gateway Holistic Care Group.
