*The Purpose of your role:*
The HR Manager serves as a strategic partner and advisor to the business, aligning HR practices with the business objectives. This role focuses on building trusting, transparent, and successful relationships between management and employees. The HR Business Partner ensures that the HR initiatives drive organizational success while supporting a positive and productive work culture. Effective communication, the ability to collaborate among various levels of the organization, problem-solving, and strong motivation are crucial skills in this role. The HR Business Partner will manage the strategic Human Resource functions of the organization.
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. *Strategic HR Support*:
* Collaborates with department heads and leaders to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that support organizational goals
* Implements and recommends organizational changes based on HR data analytics and metrics
* Participates in business planning and offer recommendations on workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning
2. *Employee Relations*:
* Acts as the point of contact for employee concerns, investigating and resolving issues in alignment with company policies and legal requirements
* Ensures the fair and consistent application of HR policies, addressing performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions when necessary
* Provides coaching and guidance to managers on handling employee-related matters
* Oversee employee onboarding and orientation program to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
3. *Talent Management & Development*:
* Works with managers to identify skill gaps and coordinate training and development initiatives to address them
* Assists in creating leadership development programs and career pathing initiatives to retain top talent
* Oversees employee engagement efforts and develop strategies to improve retention and job satisfaction
* Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening and interviewing
4. *Performance Management*:
* Supports the performance appraisal process, including goal-setting, feedback, and performance reviews
* Assists managers in handling underperformance issues and helps develop performance improvement plans (PIPs)
5. *Change Management*:
* Partners with leadership to guide teams through organizational change, including restructures, process changes, and cultural shifts
* Communicates change initiatives and HR updates effectively to employees
6. *Compensation and Benefits*:
* Advises managers on compensation matters, including salary adjustments, promotions, and benefits offerings
