*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Paramedic to join our Chronic pain clinic and IV infusion center. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care. As a Paramedic, you will be responsible for assessing patients' conditions, administering and monitoring I.V. Infusions.
*Responsibilities*
* Assess patients' medical conditions by taking a complete history.
* Administer medications as per established protocols and guidelines.
* Communicate effectively with healthcare teams
* Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of care provided.
* Utilize medical terminology accurately in patient assessments and reports.
* Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with medical practices.
*Experience*
* Previous experience as a Paramedic is preferred.
* Experience in medication administration and patient care techniques.
* Completion of an Accredited Primary Care Paramedic program
* Active registration with the Alberta College of Paramedics
* BLS/ACLS
