<p><span>We are looking for a Global CRM Specialist, who will be a key actor in the digital transformation and lead end-to-end digital projects with a focus on customer experience. Best of all, you?ll come to experience world-class BRP products and the ultimate ride in its many forms, as part of the world?s most exciting powersports family.</span><span><br></span><span><br></span><strong>YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:</strong></p> <p><span>Strategy</span></p> <p><em>Working alongside your team members and partners, you will:</em></p> <ul> <li><span>Participate and lead various projects.</span></li> <li><span>Work closely with different teams to execute and align vision with the e-commerce strategies.</span></li> <li><span>Analyze campaign results and share recommendations.</span></li> <li><span>Play a key role in lead acquisition to maintain a healthy database.</span></li> <li><span>Build and optimize the consumer journey through personalized touchpoints and content.</span></li> <li><span>Foresee and share best practices to bring innovation and increase programme performance.</span></li> </ul> <p><span>Processes</span></p> <p><em>Working alongside your team members and partners, you will execute marketing automation processes that will support our objectives to:</em></p> <ul> <li><span>Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns from beginning to end.</span></li> <li><span>Ensure quality control for CRM campaigns and make sure they are delivered on time.</span></li> <li><span>Standardize acquisition processes throughout brands and regions.</span></li> <li><span>Maintain, improve and monitor the lead management system.</span></li> <li><span>Help align internal and external teams on priorities and roadmaps.</span></li> <li><span>A/B Testing global campaigns.</span></li> <li><span>Qualify leads and manage opportunities to ensure conversion.</span></li> <li><span>Responsible for day-to-day operations of the CRM tools.</span></li> <li><span>Ensure deliverability and monitor IP reputation.</span></li> </ul> <p><span>Culture</span></p> <p><em>Working alongside your team members and partners, you will:</em></p> <ul> <li><span>Elevate marketing competencies through an active and informed global marketing community.</span></li> <li><span>Participate in workshops and training aligned with the vision.</span></li> <li><span>Support initiatives to develop and propel a unique and engaging CRM culture globally.</span><span><br></span></li> </ul> <p><strong>YOU WILL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:</strong></p> <ul> <li><span>A bachelor?s degree in marketing or a related field.</span></li> <li><span>At least 3 years of experience in customer relationship management or e-commerce.</span></li> <li><span>Experience in marketing automation (email, SMS, or other channels).</span></li> <li><span>Knowledge of Adobe campaign solution or Salesforce required.</span></li> <li><span>Accustomed to HTML and JavaScript.</span></li> <li><span>Fluent in both written and spoken English and French.</span></li> <li>Knowledge of the following tools is an asset: Power BI, GA, AA, Jira, SalesForce, Asana, Validity.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices.</li> <li>Versatility, flexibility, and willingness to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.</li> <li><span>Good communication skills.</span></li> <li><span>Great problem-solving skills and creativity.</span></li> <li><span>Detail-oriented with a critical degree of accuracy.</span></li> <li><span>The ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while adhering to deadlines.</span></li> <li><span>The ability to lead medium-scale projects.</span></li> </ul> <p></p> <p><strong>ACKNOWLEDGING THE POWER OF DIVERSITY</strong><b></b></p> <p><span>BRP is dedicated to nurturing a culture that invites, connects, and propels the ambitions of people of all backgrounds, profiles, beliefs and experiences.
