*What You'll Do*
You will oversee all aspects of human resources, ensuring the recruitment, retention, and development of top talent to drive the creative and technical processes behind slot game creation. Responsibilities include:
*Talent Acquisition: *Sourcing and hiring skilled professionals such as game designers, software developers, mathematicians and creative artists.
*Employee Development:* Implementing training programs to enhance skills in game mechanics, software engineering, and industry trends.
*Workplace Culture: *Fostering a collaborative and innovative environment that aligns with the company?s creative goals.
*Compliance:* Ensuring adherence to employment laws and industry-specific regulations.
*Compensation & Benefits:* Designing competitive packages tailored to attract talent in the gaming and tech industries.
*Performance Management: *Evaluating employee performance to align individual contributions with company objectives.
*Some key responsibilities include:*
*Talent Acquisition:*
* Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates in game development, design, and software engineering.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding to support continued growth.
*Employee Relations:*
* Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters.
* Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
* Performance Management:
* Design and implement performance review systems to promote growth and accountability.
* Collaborate with department heads to identify training and development opportunities.
* Payroll and Benefits Administration:
* Responsible for payroll processes and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely disbursement of employee compensation.
* Work with finance and external payroll providers to address payroll issues and ensure adherence to relevant tax and labour laws.
* Assist with compensation and benefits planning
*HR Policies and Compliance:*
* Develop, update, and enforce HR policies in compliance with local labour laws and industry standards.
* Ensure the company adheres to all employment regulations and maintains ethical HR practices.
*Company Culture and Engagement:*
* Organize team-building activities, events, and initiatives to strengthen company culture.
* Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts to create an inclusive workplace.
*HR Analytics:*
* Monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, employee satisfaction) and present insights to the leadership team.
* Develop strategies to enhance employee retention and satisfaction.Developing annual regional marketing and content strategy, overseeing execution, and allocating budgets.
*What We're Looking For*
* Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification preferred).
* Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role, ideally within the tech or gaming industry.
* Strong knowledge of HR laws, practices, and trends in the gaming/software industry.
* Demonstrated experience in payroll administration, including compliance with tax and labour regulations.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with HRIS systems and data-driven decision-making
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
