*Job Summary* Ocean Pacific Lighting is seeking a talented and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. This role involves contributing to our digital presence by creating visually compelling content, photographing and showcasing our products, and designing engaging advertisements for various platforms. If you are passionate about design, social media, and storytelling, we?d love to hear from you! *Responsibilities* Photography & Visual Content: * Capture high-quality photos of products and projects for use on the company website, social media and marketing materials. * Edit and enhance product images to ensure visual consistency and brand alignment. Content Creation: * Design creative content for digital platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and TikTok. * Develop engaging website blog posts that highlight products, design tips, and lighting trends. * Create promotional materials for online advertising campaigns. Social Media Management: * Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media strategies. * Produce short-form videos for platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels. Website and Branding: * Assist with updating and maintaining website visuals, including banners and product pages. * Ensure all visual content aligns with Ocean Pacific Lighting?s brand identity. Collaboration: * Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure design consistency across platforms. * Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for campaigns and promotions. *Qualifications* Education and Experience: * Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field. * Experience in graphic design, photography, or digital content creation. Skills: * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, etc.). * Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, TikTok, Instagram). * Basic knowledge of photography and image editing. * Strong eye for design, typography, and layout. * Ability to adapt design styles to match brand guidelines. * Innovative thinker with a passion for creating visually appealing content. * Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Interest in home design, lighting, or interior décor is a plus. *To Apply* Send your resume to laura@oplighting.com PLEASE NOTE INTERVIEWS WILL BE CONDUCTED STARTING IN JANUARY 2025, ONLY THOSE WHO ARE SELECTED FOR INTERVIEWS WILL BE CONTACTED.
