You also coordinate ongoing improvements to these applications in response to evolving business needs and legislative requirements. This position reports to the Director, Court Services.</span></span></span></span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Primary Accountabilities</b></H2></div><div><p> </p><ul><li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span><span style="color:black">Provides leadership to Court Services in policy development, implementation and monitoring by proactively identifying policy requirements, formulating and implementing policy change and continuously updating policy and procedure manuals</span></span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span><span style="color:black">Works collaboratively with end users (typically court staff), Court Services leadership team, and Cyber Security and Digital Solutions Division (CSDS) leadership and development teams (including contracted resources) to design and deliver application enhancements that meet user and legislative requirements. </span></span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Consults routinely with legal counsel and business subject matter experts thro- LocationHalifax, NS
