*Your Role as an Inside Sales Representative:*
* Engage in meaningful conversations with Canadian brands, customizing solutions to meet their unique needs and expectations.
* Effectively transform potential leads into strategic partnerships.
* Stay informed about Stallion Express services and industry trends to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
* Take a proactive approach by conducting outbound calls to potential clients, offering demo calls, building relationships, and seamlessly preparing and delivering a walkthrough and demo of our dashboard (SaaS).
* Work collaboratively with clients to tailor solutions that meet their specific requirements while achieving company revenue goals.
* Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
* Assist in generating leads using creative approaches.
*Qualifications:*
* Minimum of 1-2 years of inside sales experience, preferably in the logistics or e-commerce industry.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to cold call and qualify quality leads.
* Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Demonstrated ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.
* Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
* A positive attitude, flexible nature, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in using CRM tools and other sales-related software.
* Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team.
