Ready to Make an impact?The File Maintenance Clerk is responsible for carrying out the full range of duties of the position in a professional, responsible, accurate and timely fashion. The Clerk will deliver exceptional customer service, foster customer loyalty, fulfill customer needs, and actively contribute to an environment of employee and customer engagement.Here's where you'll be focusing:Adhere to all Food Safety Protocols, Standard Operating Procedures, Health and Safety, corporate policies, and other programs and initiativesDemonstrate a thorough knowledge and understanding of policies and proceduresKeep work area clean, safe, and presentable at all timesDemonstrate product knowledge; remain aware of product changes and seasonal requirementsUse appropriate computer applications and pricing program, ensuring pricing data is inputted and that prince changes are activated. Monitor and edit discontinued and deleted itemsEnsure accurate verification of shelf tags to computer file, warehouse prices, and detail order booksEnsure daily price change printouts are reviewed and price change batches are reconciledEnsure data from file server is imported, changes are verified, and data is transferred to POSEnsure shelf labels, signage, and displays are created and displayed to company standardsEnsure various item reports are prepared and forwarded to appropriate departmentsTrain junior staff, as required What you have to offer:Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environmentAbove average communication skills (oral and written)Demonstrated initiative and motivation with a commitment to teamworkProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteAn ability to understand and implement Store Operating Procedures (SOPs)Previous experience working in a grocery store environment is considered an assetMay be required to lift up to 20lbs, stand for long periods of time, and complete physical work including but not limited to bending, lifting, and reaching We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package, which varies by role and designed to help our teammates to live better - physically, financially and emotionally.
