The Paris Parts Distribution Centre (PDC) is one of three Canadian PDCs that receives and distributes thousands of automotive service parts to our dealers across Canada, and is an integral part of the Ford Motor Company organization. This position will support, Outbound Operations & On-time Customer Delivery. Work Location: Paris, ON Shift: Afternoon-shift (2:30pm-11:00pm) + Lead and manage unionized hourly personnel o Carry out Company practice/policy in the areas of work expectation, discipline, training, and personnel administration.o Responsible for delivering objectives related to Safety, Cleanliness, Quality, Cost and Productivityo Encourage a positive working relationship with UNIFOR employees and Leadership, including fair and equal administration of the contracto Facilitate crew meetings.o- LocationParis, ON
