*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Bus Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing safe and reliable transportation services while delivering exceptional customer service. As a Bus Driver, you will be responsible for transporting passengers to their destinations, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the journey. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as the ability to communicate in both English and Spanish is a valuable asset. *Duties* * Safely operate a bus along designated routes, adhering to traffic laws and regulations. * Ensure the safety of all passengers while boarding, riding, and disembarking from the bus. * Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with questions and concerns during their journey. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bus interior before and after each trip. * Educate passengers on safety procedures and emergency protocols as necessary. * Conduct pre-trip inspections of the bus to ensure mechanical integrity and report any issues promptly. * Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding route changes or delays. * Assist senior passengers or those with disabilities as needed, ensuring a comfortable travel experience. *Requirements* * Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with passenger endorsement is required. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual skills in Spanish or other languages are highly desirable. * Ability to write reports and maintain accurate records related to daily operations. * Previous experience in senior care or working with diverse populations is a plus. * Basic mechanical knowledge for conducting routine vehicle inspections and troubleshooting minor issues. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on educating passengers about services provided. * A commitment to safety, punctuality, and professionalism at all times.
