Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Non-violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) Certificate. Cultural Awareness Training. First Aid Certificate. Food Safety Certificate. Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic mail. MS Office. Area of work experience: Community service organization. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Personal suitability: Interpersonal awareness. Values and ethics. Client focus. Excellent written communication.
