Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work site environment: Commercial aviation. Outdoors. At heights. Aircraft testing. Crop dusting and spraying. Aerial. Work setting: Rural area. Staff accommodation available. Remote location. Tasks: Fly fixed wing aircrafts or helicopters. Follow emergency procedures to compensate for equipment malfunction or failure. Record equipment malfunctions and corrective actions taken during flight. Report required repairs to ground maintenance personnel. Spray or dust plants with insecticides and fungicides. Prepare and maintain flight plans, flight logs and other reports. Supervision: 3-4 people. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Commercial Pilot Licence - fixed wing. First Aid Certificate. Pesticide Applicator's Licence. Security and safety: Bondable. Criminal record check. Medical exam. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Willing to travel regularly. Willing to travel for extended periods. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Personal suitability: Excellent oral communication.
