This role is essential in creating a positive shopping experience and fostering customer loyalty. *Duties* * Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products. * Provide detailed information about products and services to enhance customer understanding. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits. * Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. * Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed. * Meet or exceed sales targets through effective selling techniques. * Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks during busy periods. * Utilize phone etiquette to assist customers with inquiries or concerns. * Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and improve overall performance. *Skills* * Strong sales skills with a proven ability to sell products effectively. * Experience in retail sales or technical sales is preferred. * Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. * Proficient in cash handling procedures and financial transactions. * Excellent time management skills to balance multiple tasks efficiently. * Ability to conduct engaging product demos that capture customer interest. * Strong phone etiquette for handling customer calls professionally. * A positive attitude and willingness to learn about new products and services.
