Position: Security GuardSite: DynaCareSite Address: 245 Pall Mall Street, London, ON N6A 1P4Status: Part TimeHours: Thursday, Friday & Saturday 2300-0600hrPay Rate: $18.00/hrOvertime Method: Averaging Agreement - calculating after 88 hours bi-weeklyPosting Date: December 6, 2024Closing Date: December 13, 2024Working assigned shifts, you will be responsible for patrolling the campus and monitoring surveillance cameras and completing written reports. You will be expected to perform regular patrols and interact with client staff to provide direction and promote good customer service while providing a security presence. Essential Job Functions: Implement security measures to protect property, control access to sites, patrol assigned areas to monitor activities and ensure client rules and regulations are followed Maintain written reportsPerform security checks and liaise with client staff Maintaining a positive, productive work environment through collaboration. Job Requirements: Must possess Ontario Security Guard Licence First Aid & CPR ? Emergency Level Vulnerable Sector Check Physical Demands include walking and standing Watch for and report irregularities by completing incident reports, such as security breaches, facility and safety hazards and emergency situations; contact emergency responders, such as police, fire and/or ambulance personnel, as requiredSuperior written and verbal communication skillsMust possess excellent customer service skills Demonstrated punctuality and reliability, tact and diplomacy Other InformationPaladin Security: Making the World a Safer and Friendlier Place because we CARE!
