You'll be part of a dynamic, innovative team where management practices foster a good work/life balance.</p><p>Your main mandate is to manage and deliver large-scale projects in a dynamic and agile delivery environment that will have a direct and positive impact on the client and employee experience in the Commercial Banking sector.</p></div> <strong>Your job</strong></div><div><br><div><ul> <li>Manage complex projects: take responsibility for defining objectives, establishing the roadmap, setting up project governance, and ensuring the progress of deliverables</li> <li>Identify the business needs of the various sectors based on your mandates and identify opportunities to enhance the client and employee experience</li> <li>Align and mobilize project teams made up of multidisciplinary experts from different sectors</li> <li>Manage priorities, the breakdown of initiatives and sequencing for the product backlog associated with project and value delivery</li> <li>Manage executive stakeholders in several business lines at the Bank to ensure that needs are well identified and prioritized</li> <li>Diagnose problem situations and take part in solving problems by seeing that innovative solutions are implemented</li> <li>Ensure sound change management when delivering initiatives</li> <li>Initiate changes and regularly re-examine work methods to support continuous improvement</li> <li>Define, explain, and communicate business targets and changes to all parties involved</li> <li>Promote industry tools and incorporate the Bank's best project management practices</li> <li>Be an ambassador for the Bank's cultural evolution and develop our practices in the sector (Agile, Scrum, project management)</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>Your Team</strong></p><p></p><p>Within the Commercial Banking and Private Management 1859 sector, you report to the Senior Manager, Design and Delivery, Business Processes, and you are part of a dynamic team whose mission is to accelerate the transformation of Commercial Banking by working with colleagues from various partner sectors.</p><p>You also have the opportunity to learn within a team that communicates openly and promotes transparency, integrity, and respect for individuals. Access to colleagues with different expertise, experiences, and diverse profiles enriches your development from all points of view.</p><p></p><p><strong>Prerequisites</strong></p><p></p><ul><li>Bachelor?s degree in a related field and 7-10 years of relevant experience OR master?s degree in a related field and 5-7 years of relevant experience OR university certificate/undergraduate diploma from the National Bank University Program and 9-12 years of relevant experience</li> <li>Extensive experience in project management</li> <li>PMP certification: Agile/Scrum, Product Owner (PO), Scrum Master, Lean or Six Sigma training, an asset</li> <li>Mastery of workshop facilitation, ideation or Design Thinking techniques, an asset</li> <li>Knowledge of different project management methodologies (Agile)</li> <li>Ability to navigate through ambiguous and complex situations</li> <li>Excellent ability to build, influence and maintain business partnerships</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to influence, strong leadership skills, autonomous and ability to work well under pressure</li> </ul><p></p></div><br></div> <strong>Your benefits</strong><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>In addition to competitive compensation, upon hiring you?ll be eligi- LocationMontréal, QC
