You?ll ensure the consistent execution of corporate strategy across divisions and ensure all targets and reports are completed in a timely manner. This position is designated bilingual (English and French), and the successful candidate must be able to communicate in both of Canada?s official languages.<p></p><p></p><p><b><span>What you?ll do:</span></b></p><ul><li>Manage the Business Manager team, including recruitment, workload management and establishing performance objectives</li><li>Mentor team on processes and continuous improvement</li><li>Lead and support the execution of FCC strategy, including monitoring the execution of tactical plans across divisions</li><li>Review and analyze plan implementation and make recommendations for enhancements</li><li>Support communications and change management activities</li><li>Lead and maintain national processes, procedures and business continuity</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b><span>What we?re looking for:</span></b></p><ul><li>Proven leader passionate about helping others succeed</li><li>Organized multi-tasker able to handle multiple priorities</li><li>Confident communicator able to make complex information clear to a variety of audiences</li><li>Strong analytical skills and sound business judgment</li><li>Ability to connect and build business relationships</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>What you?ll need:</span></b></p><ul><li>A bachelor?s degree and at least six years of progressive experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience</li><li>Experience handling business issues at an enterprise level</li><li>Knowledge of annual budgeting and financial processes</li></ul><p></p><p></p>- LocationRegina, SK
