*Shop Manager* Our client is a reputable heavy civil general contracting company based in Kenora ON; with an affiliated sister company that operates a heavy repair shop which works on both internal and external clientele. The heavy repair shop specializes in all heavy equipment needs ?including truck and trailer servicing and safety checks; welding and fabricating; and field truck services. They are seeking an experienced Shop Manager to optimize, grow and enhance their dynamic team. As the Shop Manager, you?ll have the autonomy to lead the operation, ensuring safety, efficiency and productivity of the team, equipment, and processes. The role demands entrepreneurial spirit, strong leadership, and exceptional organizational, professional, and people skills to inspire and manage a high performing team.
