```Duties``` - Prepare and review tax returns for individuals and businesses - Conduct tax planning and research to minimize tax liabilities - Assist clients with tax-related inquiries and provide guidance on tax laws and regulations - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax requirements - Collaborate with clients and colleagues to gather necessary financial information for accurate tax reporting - Identify potential tax credits, deductions, and exemptions to maximize client savings - Maintain accurate and organized tax records and documentation ```Experience``` - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field - CPA certification preferred but not required - Proven experience as a Tax Accountant or similar role - Strong knowledge of financial services, payroll, accounts payable, and general accounting principles - Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero - Familiarity with auditing processes and procedures - Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills As a Tax Accountant, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals and businesses navigate the complex world of taxation. You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing tax returns, providing expert advice on tax matters, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
