*Overview* We are seeking a passionate and skilled Public Speaking Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communication and teaching, with the ability to inspire and empower individuals to enhance their public speaking skills. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with diverse groups, helping them build confidence and develop effective presentation techniques. *Duties* * Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions and group workshops focused on public speaking skills. * Assess individual participants' strengths and areas for improvement in their speaking abilities. * Develop customized training programs tailored to the needs of each client or group. * Provide constructive feedback on presentation style, body language, vocal delivery, and content organization. * Create engaging lesson plans that incorporate various teaching methods, including role-playing and interactive exercises. * Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in public speaking and communication. * Foster a supportive environment that encourages participants to practice and refine their skills. *Experience* * Proven experience as a public speaking coach, trainer, or educator is preferred. * Strong understanding of effective communication techniques and presentation strategies. * Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds. * Experience in delivering workshops or seminars focused on public speaking or related topics is a plus. * Familiarity with various public speaking formats, including speeches, presentations, and storytelling.
