The Provincial Medical Centre continues to offer a combination traditional and preventative approach to medical care with a family practice, medical lab and women?s health centre. *Summary* As a Medical Receptionist, you will be a vital part of our healthcare team, utilizing your core skills in medical office experience, electronic medical records, and front desk operations to ensure efficient patient care and administrative support. Your premium skills in medical terminology and familiarity with EMR systems like Accuro will enhance your ability to manage patient records accurately and effectively. Additionally, your experience with multi-line phone systems will be valuable in handling patient inquiries and scheduling appointments. Join our team to contribute to a seamless patient experience and support the smooth operation of our medical practice. *Qualifications* * Medical office experience * Electronic medical records proficiency * Front desk and administrative experience * Familiarity with EMR systems * Strong organizational skills for filing * Ability to handle multi-line phone systems * Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus * Experience with Accuro preferred Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Education: * DCS / DEC (required) Licence/Certification: * Medical Receptionist or Nursing Diploma (required) Work Location: In person- LocationWindsor, ON
