*Overview* We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Painter/Laborer to join our team. This role involves a variety of painting tasks in an industrial setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting techniques and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work. Attention to detail and a customer-focused attitude are essential for success in this position. We do not require the successful candidate to be a ticketed painter. *Responsibilities* * Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and patching as necessary. * Apply paint and other finishes using air less & air assist painting procedures. * Cutting parts as necessary * General shop duties as required * Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the duration of projects. * Safe & effective operation of forklift &/or telehandler * A commitment to safety practices on the job site is essential. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team is required. * Ability to lift 50lbs safely and without assistance is required. * Good written & verbal communication in the English language *Experience* * Proven experience in commercial & industrial painting is preferred. * Proven experience with air less & air assist painting required. * Familiarity with blueprint reading is a plus.
