We are the market leaders in North America in the niche segment reflective insulation business. You will find our products in the building material aisles of Home Depot, Lowes, Menards, and other big home hardware retailers. You will also find additional information about us on www.rfoil.com (Canada) and www.reflectixinc.com (USA). *What to expect in the role: * As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing large-scale manufacturing programs, ensuring their successful execution from conception through to completion. You will drive operational improvements, meet production targets, and ensure quality standards are consistently maintained. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, quality control, and supply chain, to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. *Key focus areas for this role: * Program/ Project Management: Lead and manage the planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple manufacturing programs and projects. Develop detailed program plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk management. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as engineering, production, quality, and supply chain to ensure smooth execution of projects. Manage stakeholder expectations, provide regular program updates, and address any issues promptly. Resource and Budget Management: Oversee resource allocation, ensuring the right mix of personnel, equipment, and materials to meet project needs. Maintain clear documentation for all program activities, including schedules, budgets, risk logs, and issue resolutions. Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify risks and issues impacting program delivery and develop contingency plans. Continuous Improvement: Implement Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to optimize production efficiency and quality. Drive initiatives to enhance plant safety, sustainability, and compliance with industry regulations. *Required skill sets in this role: * * Bachelor?s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master?s degree or relevant certifications (PMP, Six Sigma) is a plus * Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in program management or project management within a manufacturing environment * Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills * Strong financial acumen, with experience in budget management and cost control * Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities *Work Conditions: * * Due to the health & safety requirements of this sensitive cGMP facility, all employees must be comfortable wearing extensive PPE while on the plant floor * Manual dexterity is required to use desktop computers and peripherals * Occasional travel may be required to other facilities, suppliers, or customer sites *Reporting structure: * This role currently reports into the Vice President of Operations *Compensation for the role: * The anticipated annual compensation for this role would be in the range of C
