The Carpenter is responsible for minor carpentry/construction-related tasks on the interior and the exterior of the homes under various stages of construction. The carpenter must be dependable, punctual, self-motivated and hard working *In This Role, You Will:* · Responsible for installation of railings/posts, drywall repairs and roofing repairs · Maintain cleanliness by removing all excess garbage · Performs physical labour on a daily basis · All other duties as required *What You Bring:* · Organized with an attention to detail · Self-motivated · Excellent communication skills · Previous residential construction knowledge · Valid Driver?s licence and personal vehicle is required · Personal Tools is an asset.
