*Minimum Requirements:* * Mechanical Engineering Technologies/CET/EIT an asset * Drafting Experience * Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Microsoft programs, etc. * HVAC/Sheet Metal commercial construction or design experience *Job Responsibilities:* * Directly report to the lead estimator and commercial management team. * Analyze project plans and specifications to determine project requirements * Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for HVAC projects * Collaborate with project managers, equipment manufacturers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimates * Communicate and coordinate with project managers to ensure drawings contain accurate information and specifications. * Review and evaluate subcontractor bids and proposals * Provide support to project teams during the bidding and pre-construction phases * Maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, and related documentation *Company Profile:* MiLo Group, based in Red Deer, Alberta, has been proudly serving Western Canada since 2002.
