*Overview* We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that require expertise in construction and restoration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building, using hand tools, and reading blueprints. This position is essential for ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. *Responsibilities* * Build structures and components according to specifications and blueprints. * Utilize hand tools effectively to perform various construction tasks. * Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate project execution. * Perform welding tasks as needed for structural integrity. * Plumb fixtures and structures to ensure proper alignment and functionality. * Execute carpentry work including framing, installation, and finishing touches. * Install drywall and perform restoration work as required. * Carry out construction painting duties to enhance the aesthetic appeal of completed projects. * Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while adhering to safety standards. *Experience* * Proven experience in construction or a related field is preferred. * Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. * Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. * Experience with welding techniques is a plus. * Familiarity with plumbing practices and carpentry skills is desirable. * Knowledge of drywall installation and restoration processes is beneficial. * Previous experience in construction painting will be considered an asset.
