You&rsquo;ll also be responsible for implementing strategies for efficient knowledge sharing. Additionally, you&rsquo;ll facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions, conduct knowledge base audits to identify knowledge gaps, and serve as a resource for IT teams seeking assistance with knowledge-related inquiries.This position is designated bilingual (English and French), and the successful candidate must be able to communicate in both of Canada&rsquo;s official languages&nbsp;What you&rsquo;ll do:&nbsp;Provide technical solutions that improve FCC&rsquo;s business capabilities&nbsp;Develop new tools and processes&nbsp;Implement and support technology process automation&nbsp;&nbsp;Support, monitor and improve technologies and solutions&nbsp;&nbsp;What we&rsquo;re looking for:&nbsp;Technical problem solver who enjoys resolving challenging issues&nbsp;Experience with cloud computing including SAAS and PAAS&nbsp;In-depth understanding of up-to-date integration techniques&nbsp;&nbsp;Innovative problem-solver and critical thinker with a customer focus&nbsp;&nbsp;What you&rsquo;ll need:&nbsp;A bachelor&rsquo;s degree and one year of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)&nbsp;Technical expertise and the ability to see parallels between consumer and enterprise applications of digital products and services&nbsp;&nbsp;Extensive knowledge of systems analysis, design concepts, and computing and software industry trends&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
