*Job Summary* We?re seeking a beginner lash artist eager to refine their skills, grow their clientele, and be a part of an exciting opportunity to work at an in-home lash studio representing a newly established beauty brand. This is a part-time/freelance role where you can choose your fixed workdays each week, allowing for flexibility. The position operates on an 80/20 revenue split, with 80% going to the artist and 20% to the owner for each service performed. Our goal is to create a mutually beneficial relationship where we grow together and build a thriving client base. *Responsibilities* * Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications, ensuring client satisfaction and safety. * Provide excellent customer service by welcoming clients, understanding their needs, and offering personalized recommendations. * Communicate effectively with clients regarding aftercare instructions and maintenance of eyelash extensions. * Assist with retail sales by promoting products related to eyelash care and beauty enhancements. * Engage in upselling techniques to encourage clients to explore additional services or products. * Follow health and safety guidelines as well as perform cleaning duties as necessary. * Promote and represent Navratil Beauty as an ambassador of the brand. * Assist with occasional content creation for Navratil Beauty?s social media platforms. * Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in eyelash extensions to provide the best service possible. *Qualifications* * Proven experience as a Lash Artist or similar role is an asset. * Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. * Knowledge of various eyelash extension techniques and products. * Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. * Experience in retail sales and upselling is a plus. * Experience in other beauty services (waxing, lash/brow lift/tint) is an asset. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * Passion for beauty and a willingness to learn and grow. * A professional and friendly demeanor with excellent customer service skills. * Ability to maintain hygiene and sanitation standards. * Access to transportation to commute to the in-home studio. * Flexible to work part-time with consistent fixed days each week. * Familiarity with social media is a plus but not required. * Certification or currently training in eyelash extensions is highly desirable.
