*Job Overview* We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the flow of goods and services, ensuring that orders are fulfilled efficiently and accurately. This position requires strong organizational skills, an understanding of e-commerce logistics, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to optimize supply chain processes. *Responsibilities* * Coordinate order fulfillment processes from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely shipment of products. * Manage inventory levels using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track stock and optimize storage. * Oversee shipping and receiving operations, ensuring all packages are processed accurately and efficiently. * Collaborate with sourcing teams to negotiate prices and manage supplier relationships for optimal procurement. * Assist in demand planning by analyzing sales data and forecasting future inventory needs. * Facilitate order picking processes, ensuring that products are selected accurately according to customer specifications. * Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and order statuses to support reporting needs. *Requirements* * Proven experience in logistics coordination or a related field is preferred. * Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and logistics software is highly desirable. * Strong understanding of order fulfillment processes and warehouse management systems. * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Strong analytical skills for demand planning and inventory management. * Effective communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external partners. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
