We are currently looking for a DZ-Licensed Delivery Driver to be a part of our growing team. Established in 1965, General Seed specializes in Forage, Turf, Cover Crops, and Silage Corn. Serving Ontario, Quebec and the Maritimes, General Seed has seen massive growth and expansion over the past 20 years. Duties: - *\*Work is continuous, manual labour.\** - Safely and efficiently transport goods and products to designated locations - Load and unload cargo from delivery vehicle, by pump cart or by hand - Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries - Ensure proper handling and securing of freight during transportation - Complete necessary paperwork and logbooks accurately - Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance Requirements: - *\*Valid DZ driver's license with a clean driving record\** - Ability to perform repeated heavy lifting, up to 50lbs - Mechanical knowledge and aptitude for operating warehouse equipment - Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and customer service skills This is an exciting opportunity for an organized and hardworking individual to join our team as a DZ-Licensed Delivery Driver.
