Working in a residence is more than a job, it's a life experience. It is the opportunity to be recognized, valued, to participate in the continuous improvement of the service and to make a significant difference in the daily lives of seniors!<BR><BR>Permanent full-time position in the form of 6/15, day and/or evening, from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. and/or from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. from Monday to Friday and every other weekend.</p><br><div>ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:</div><ul><li>All other related tasks</li></ul><div>Health Care</div><ul><li>Administer medication in accordance with safety principles and the codes of ethics</li><li>Contribute to the adjustment of a residents' action plan based on their observations</li><li>Create and maintain metuculous notes in the residents Dossier in accordance with the requirements of the Ordre des Infirmiers et Infirmières auxiliaires du Québec (OIIAQ)</li><li>Promote and advocate for proactive care among residents</li><li>Respond to all emergency situations</li></ul><div>EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:</div><ul><li>1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset</li><li>Knowledge of retirement homes, a major asset</li><li>Collect degree in nursing (DEC) or a proffesional studies dimploma (DEP) in health care assistance, nursing</li><li>Member of the OIIAQ</li></ul><div>BENEFITS:</div><ul><li>Salary to be discussed</li><li>Uniform provided</li><li>Free parking</li><li>Referral Program</li><li>Vacation</li><li>Social leave and family obligations</li><li>Employee Assistance Program</li><li>Free meals</li><li>Human management approach</li><li>Career Opportunity</li><li>Recognition program</li><li>Welcome and integration program</li><li>A welcoming and tight-knit team!</li></ul><div>JOB STATUS:</div><div>Permanent: Full Time</div><div>JOB SCHEDULE:</div><div>Multiple schedules available</div>- LocationSaint-Eustache, QC
