I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent in the Greater Montreal area, and I specialize in assisting accounting firms. <br> <br>Our team of finance experts speaks your language and operates in your world. We cover the finance, accounting and payroll professions. <br> <br>I'm looking for a senior outsourcing accountant for a large accounting firm in the downtown area. <br>Your tasks are : <br> <br>- Entering accounting documents and entries <br>- Preparation, validation and approval of bank reconciliations <br>- Analysis of variances <br>- Recording, validation and approval of tax returns <br>- Preparation of various financial reports <br>- Preparation of information required for year-end files</p><p>- DES, DEC or BAC in accounting <br>- Accounting designation (an asset) <br>- Minimum 8 years' relevant experience <br>- Advanced MS Office skills <br>- Skills in creating dashboards, financial reporting and data security (an asset) <br>- Advanced knowledge of accounting software, including Quickbooks Online <br>- Knowledge of sales taxes <br>- Advanced accounting expertise, including local accounting standards, demarcations, analytical processes, payroll accounting and foreign exchange differences <br>- Knowledge of IFRS (an asset) <br>- Fluency in French and English to interact effectively with all our customers in Quebec and beyond</p>- LocationMontréal, QC
