*WATCH & JEWELLERY SERVICE - HUDSON'S ST.VITAL - Winnipeg, MB* Fixed Shift Days & Times: Monday - Friday 11am-7pm As a Retail Sales & Service Advisor for our watch & jewellery service center in Hudson?s Bay, your duties include: * watch battery installation, * strap & band installation and adjustments * minor on-site repairs * assess customer needs and offer appropriate service advice * encourage sales in a manner which ensures quality and effective customer service * use your knowledge to promote and recommend products and services in relation to the customers specific requirements * prepare work orders and complete daily/weekly sales paperwork * maintain inventory * treat retail guests to exceptional customer service * work well within a team environment _*What we offer:*_ * 40 hours of paid training * Competitive wages * Employee discounts on products & services we offer from date of hire _*Qualifications:*_ * 2+ years' experience in delivering exceptional customer service in a retail or service environment * excellent communication and interpersonal skills * previous experience in watch and or jewellery repair would be an asset but is not required Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Shift: * Day shift Work Location: In person- LocationWinnipeg, MB
