Our mission is to create opportunities that reduce unemployment and empower individuals by offering reliable and high-quality services to our clients. *Job Summary* We are seeking an experienced and organized Project Manager to oversee and coordinate projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while meeting the highest quality standards. *Key Responsibilities* * Plan, organize, and manage project activities to ensure successful project delivery. * Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. * Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. * Monitor and track project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that arise. * Manage communication with stakeholders, team members, and clients to ensure alignment and clarity. * Assess risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions. * Oversee and coordinate the work of internal teams and external vendors. * Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and senior management. * Foster a collaborative and productive project environment, promoting team engagement and motivation. *Qualifications and Skills* * Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. * Minimum 3-4 years of experience in project management, preferably in Janitorial Services. * Strong digital proficiency (e.g Data Analysis, IT System, Digital Marketing). * Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello). * Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. * Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is a strong asset. *How to Apply* If you are a results-driven professional looking to take on exciting projects in a growing company, we?d love to hear from you.
