*Job Summary* We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Psychotherapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health care to clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques. This role involves working closely with clients to assess their needs, develop treatment plans, and facilitate their emotional and psychological well-being in a supportive environment. *Responsibilities* * Conduct thorough assessments of clients mental health and emotional well-being. * Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals. * Provide psychotherapy sessions using various therapeutic modalities. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.. * Engage in on going training. *Skills* * Trained in the controlled act of psychotherapy. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to manage cases effectively while maintaining empathy and professionalism. *About* South Etobicoke Therapy is a growing group practice located in the heart of South Etobicoke, with beautiful private offices, great for individuals, couples, families, and groups! Only a few meters away from Lake Ontario make this a unique space to have walk and talk therapy as a part of the practice. This is a hybrid opportunity, that is flexible, therapists are welcome to work in-person & virtually for what suits them best. We are currently a team of two local social workers and psychotherapists with established practices, that are expanding. We are looking for a part-time psychotherapist for a commitment of 8 hours a week on average to start with the potential to grow. The schedule can be flexible, we will find a time that works for us both. *\*Must have* * License: able to practice psychotherapy in Ontario, CA * Professional and commercial liability insurance. This is a subcontracting position.
